The Princes Royal came on a whirlwind tour of Cornwall on 30th July.

She first of all visited Trink Dairy for discussions with owners Chris and Rachel Knowles and other members of the farming community, including the Farm Cornwall advisory service.  Then she opened the newly built Clubhouse at Flushing Sailing Club and helped them celebrate their centenary.  Finally, as part of the celebrations of the 275th anniversary of the discovery of China Clay in Cornwall, she visited Imerys’ Karslake Mine and the Wheal Martyn Museum.
